The History Of GT Williams Ltd
The business was formed in 1958 by Griffith Williams as an agricultural contractor locally within the Gwynedd area and soon progressed to land drainage activities and small civil engineering works.
In 2006 Griffith Williams’ son Alwyn Williams, a Civil Engineer, returned home after many years working away on various engineering projects in Wales, Scotland and further afield. Upon his return, G T Williams Ltd successfully won contracts within the water and communications sectors as well as with local authorities throughout North Wales.
In 2016 we expanded our field of work and went into self-building projects as well as increasing our experienced workforce within the communication sector.
By 2019, third party generation expertise and knowledge influenced the company’s decision to move our operations further into communications where we were able to demonstrate our full capability to give our clients a unique service package.
